Notice of Electronic Filing Phishing Scam
The District of Idaho has received information that fake Notices of Electronic Filing (NEF) are circulating nationwide. If the recipient responds to the message, they are sent a follow-up email containing a link to access a document that leads the recipient to a malicious website.
Welcome to the United States District Court, District of Idaho’s Alternative Dispute Resolution/Pro Bono Program website. We hope that this information assists you in learning about our ADR and pro bono programs, and provides an overview of the procedures used in our Court.
While civil litigation, with its formal rules and procedural protections, might work well for some civil disputes, others might not fall into this category. The District’s ADR, and Pro Bono program provides parties flexibility in shaping the dispute resolution process and outcome. It is our hope that ADR assists our Court in meeting its mission to preserve and enhance the rule of law while providing an impartial and accessible forum for the just, timely and economical resolution of legal proceedings.
