Scammers are posing as court staff or police, claiming you missed jury duty. Hang up immediately. Real courts never demand money. Scammers may know your personal details, but don’t trust them. Never share information, pay for “warrants,” or buy prepaid cards or Bitcoin. To confirm your jury status, call your local court using a phone number you look up yourself.
Proposed orders are to be submitted by e-mail in a format compatible with Word, unless expressly directed by the Court to be submitted in a different format. Refer to the ECF Procedures Guide for further guidance. A certificate of service is not required when submitting a proposed order.
