The clerk of court is an officer of the federal district court appointed by the court's Judges and serves as the chief executive officer. The clerk oversees the court's administration, especially managing the flow of cases through the court and all of its non-judicial functions.

The investiture ceremony for Bankrutpcy Judge Brent R. Wilson is set for Friday, May 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The investiture will be held in Courtroom 2 on the sixth floor. Overflow space will be provided in courtroom 1. A reception hosted by the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy section will be held in the Salmon River Room on the 4th floor, immediately following the event.
